Boxzooka efulfillment LLC (“Boxzooka,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a text messaging service for conversational, person-to-person business communications between Boxzooka employees and clients, vendors, employees, and business partners. Messages may relate to logistics, fulfillment, shipments, operations, service requests, scheduling, and other normal business communications. This service is not used for marketing, promotional broadcasts, bulk messaging, or automated/API-generated messaging.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By agreeing to communicate with Boxzooka by text message, you consent to receive one-to-one business text messages from Boxzooka at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on the conversation and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages from a Boxzooka employee at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After an opt-out request, you may receive a confirmation message. Because this is a person-to-person communication service, an opt-out applies to the conversation and associated Boxzooka phone number from which the messages are sent. You may reply START to resume messages where supported.

Message Costs and Frequency

Boxzooka respects your privacy. Information provided through the text messaging service is used to transmit messages, respond to you, and support the related business communication. 1. SMS Program Description
Boxzooka employees may use individual business phone numbers to send and receive text messages related to normal business operations. Messages may include responses to questions, shipment or delivery coordination, fulfillment and operational updates, appointment or call coordination, and other communications related to an existing business relationship.
Message frequency varies depending on the business conversation.
2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to communicate with Boxzooka by text message, you consent to receive one-to-one business SMS messages from Boxzooka at that number.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Boxzooka text message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that Boxzooka number unless you opt in again.

5. Privacy and Use of Mobile Information
Boxzooka uses mobile phone numbers and SMS message information to provide and support business communications and related operational services.

6. Message Delivery
SMS delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and carriers. Boxzooka does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Boxzooka may update these SMS Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
