RETAIL & FASHION ORDER FULFILLMENT
ECOMMERCE, SUBSCRIPTIONS, KITS & WHOLESALE.
We are looking beyond ways to cut operational costs and maintain productivity and efficiency. At Boxzooka, we see green initiatives as a means to do the right thing — as well as to reduce waste and lower energy costs.
We are decreasing our footprint and cutting costs with innovative recycling programs to make the most out of packaging and shipping material. We even work with clients to help develop reusable mailers and reduce one-time use packaging.
We always use sustainably produced corrugate and packaging. In fact, 100 percent of our packaging comes from sustainably produced and recycled material. Everything we use, and all the packaging of our customer’s inbound shipments, is also sent back out for recycling.
In partnership with the State of New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, in 2018 we upgraded our warehouse to energy efficient LED lighting. In 2019 we also upgraded our corporate offices to LED energy efficient lighting.
We’ve made this decision to replace traditional lighting with LEDs — an initial investment, but we are looking good and plan to enjoy the results for a long time!
We crunch the numbers and track our data and have designed our facility to cut down on labor and energy costs by reducing travel time throughout the facility and making the best use of vertical space.
Even though we don’t use a lot of water for our work at Boxzooka, we’re working to conserve as much as possible by installing low-flow toilets and faucets.
More than half our customers are all participating in their own sustainable energy and product usage initiatives and we all continue to work together to find ways to be a more positive impact to the environment.
95 percent of our shipments are sent out as carbon neutral leaving no impact on the environment. You can get more info HERE.
Going green enables us to stay on top of our game and continue leading the way in the fulfillment industry
