Brendan Heegan is the CEO of Boxzooka Fulfillment & Global Ecommerce and has nearly 20 years of prior experience in transportation, warehousing and distribution, both in the US and overseas. Prior to starting Boxzooka, Brendan became an expert in logistics, leading sales and business development for a globally recognized express transportation carrier, later an international product role with its freight forwarding subsidiary and finally sales and operations with a nationally recognized ecommerce 3PL. Brendan started Boxzooka, because he saw the need for a technologically advanced fulfillment provider who could actually deliver on its promises and offer alternative solutions for truly best-in-class fulfillment and client experience.
Robert Mahan is Boxzooka’s Chief Financial Officer. Bob has held finance and operations executive leadership roles at esteemed consumer product brands and professional services companies. Bob has a proven track record of building and managing right-sized, scalable, value-added finance and operations organizations in small, medium and large corporations. As a former client of Boxzooka himself, Bob later joined the organization as he had experienced first-hand how the team, its technology and operations set themselves apart from the other players out there.
Eric Sabo has more than 15 years of experience in ecommerce operations, including work in brand development in customer service, in-house fulfillment, 3PL warehouse management, customer service and consulting. His introduction into the industry came when he started his own ecommerce site in 2001. In the years since, he has worked with several companies to help lead and build their ecommerce operations, including Tommy Hilfiger, Theory and Puma, among others.
Lena Quintal is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience managing integrations into various SaaS platforms, CMS, WMS, PIM, ERP, work flow systems and other core platforms for a variety of ecommerce and fulfillment initiatives. She offers a wide variety of operational support and a vast client-based perspective within the digital and third-party fulfillment space. With work experience at iconic brands including Tiffany & Co, Barneys New York and Kenneth Cole, Quintal has created an extensive network within the fashion industry — and earned a closet full of cool stuff, as well.
Leo Fernandez got his start with the New York Times as one of the first customer service agents for the online news distribution team. He later created and built up the customer service team for Ideeli, a flash-sale startup in New York. While working with Ideeli, Fernandez created “Connecting with Customers” a series of talks — and he has since spoken to customer service teams at Sotheby's auction house, Beyond Hi-tech software and the Queens Economic Development Corporation. Before joining the Boxzooka team, he worked in India to start the flash-sale customer service division for Groupon.
Nicole Liquori, a New Jersey native, joined Boxzooka as an account manager in June. With more than 20 years’ customer service experience, she began her career in eCommerce at Quidsi, known publicly as Diapers.com. She then joined the Amazon ACES team working with the Virtual CS team on various process improvement projects.
Shannon Petroski has worked for companies that design, manufacture, distribute and market various high-end fashion brands. She now works in sales for Boxzooka, helping prospective partners understand how the company’s fulfillment services can help their businesses be successful.
